RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KALT (by Gobermouches), customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Items

Products must:

• Be unused
• Be unworn
• Be unwashed
• Have original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use
• Washed garments
• Damaged items due to customer misuse
• Products without original tags
• Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support.
2. Provide your Order Number.
3. Share the reason for return.
4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• Wrong product sent
• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

Return shipping will be borne by KALT (by Gobermouches).

For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise communicated.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the Return Policy.
